#Isyncer movies install
You can install (sideload) the android-scripting package and play around with various types of scripting (Python, Ruby, etc.) that is kind of unique as it lets you do some interesting things simply. I've also had some other things: all of my widgets just disappeared from the home screen last week (they were still installed and weren't messed up, just needed to put the widgets back on the homescreen), typing with the onscreen keyboard or with others from the Market just feels off.
#Isyncer movies update
An update a while back helped with some things (like browser crashing), but it can still feel slow and awkward compared to an iPad. I'd like to like it more and am really hoping that ICS will improve things under the hood. People who root/unlock it can do more and there's at least one thread about what folks have done on XoomForums. Although there are apps that aren't optimized for the tablet screen, they'll still work. So you can try multiple types of onscreen keyboards, browsers, etc. Most (if not all) apps on the Android Market work on the Xoom. You can use Google voice actions or dictate to it - anywhere text would go.

Unless the Xoom is your only networked device. I've honest to god never understood doing that, though. I know you can stream, via HDMI, from the Xoom to a TV.

There's also an official Netflix app for the Xoom, in addition to Google's movie service. If you have a microSD card, you can just copy music/videos to that and stick it in the Xoom. If you have your music in Google music, you can stream it through the music app on the Xoom.

You can use an app called iSyncr (requires a server portion on the PC/Mac) or Doubletwist to sync music to the Xoom. It's the tablet that gets used when the iPad is recharging.
